CONGRATULATIONS ON THE PURCHASE OF THE
HIGH PRESSURE WASHER,

Please adhere to the following important information which may influence the warranty of the machine that you have purchased
- Please note: It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has read and understand the terms of warranty and services as specified in the manual.
- Damage resulting in the failure by the customer to check oil will render the Warranty null and void. Make sure the oil level is at all times half or slightly above the dot on sight glass.
- Before starting the unit, always make sure that there is enough water to flow through the unit.
- Please note a filter must be installed on the inlet side of the unit and be cleaned every time after use.
- Always switch the unit off when not in operation, or when pausing between using the unit for more than 2 minutes.
- The High-pressure washer should be used at least once a month in order to keep the unit in a good running condition.
- Please note: Oil must be changed as follow’s;
Hoffman machines oil change every 50 hours and warranty on all modules only 6 months from date of purchases.
Hawk machines oil change every 30 hours and warranty on all modules only 12 months from date of purchases.
Not doing or neglecting on oil changes will renter the warrantee null and void.
- Please repair all water leaks between gun and high-pressure washer unit as soon as possible, please note: if there is even a tiny leak, the unloader valve will make a noise.
- Only the original manufactured parts may be used.
- Always keep the proof of purchase and maintenance, should it
be required to log a warranty claim.
- Mishandling and/or misuse of the equipment under situations or condition not designed for the equipment will render the warranty null and void.
TERMS
DELIVERY: Any delivery note (copy or original) signed by the Customer and/or its authorized representative and/or its nominated agent and held by the Company, shall be prima facie proof that delivery was made to the Customer.
COLLECTION: Elecmec Transmissions cc will not take nay liability for the Hawk High Pressure washer whilst in transit vests by the Customer.
ENGINE WARRANTY:
From date of collection/delivery
Warranty is only on mechanical parts and not on electrical components
Warranty only applies if service schedule is maintained
CONDITIONS
Washer must be serviced by Elecmec Transmissions cc duration the warranty period. If Elecmec Transmissions cc does not service the Washer, one of our accredited technicians must do the service. If the Washer is faulty and one of our technicians need to attend to a call out travelling costs will be for the clients, account.
INSTALLATION: Please note – When Washer was installed through Customer’s electrician and something goes wrong. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses o whatsoever nature, whether direct or indirect or consequential and howsoever caused.
